Qandhada ama xummadda waa astaan caadi ah oo uu leeyahay COVID-19, si kastaba ha noqotee, qof kasta oo uu ku dhoco COVID-19  qasab ma aha inuu yeesho qansho. Qaar ka mid ah astaamaha kale ee caadiga ah ee cudurkaan waxaa ka mid ah qufac, daal, urka ama dhadhanka oo qofka ka tago.

  • Lala socdo calaamadaha: la xiriir gargaarka deg degga haddii astaamaha ay sii xumaadaan, oo ay neefta ku qabato ama ay ku xanuunto laabta, una sheeg shaqaalaha caafimaadka inaad isaga shakisantahay COVID-19.
  • La taxaddaro: xiro mask haddii ay lama huraan noqoto inaad baxdo, ku qufac tiish ama suxulka gudihiisa.
  • La nadiifiyo alaabta: waxaa muhiim ah in la nadiifiyo dusha sare ee waxyaabaha markasta la isticmaalo sida miisaska, qataarrada ama gacanka albaabada, furayaasha, ama alaabta wax lagu cuno. 

Inta badan dadka leh astaamaha fudud ee COVID-19 waxay ka bogsan doonaan ayaga oo aan u baahan isbitaal In Shaa Allah.
